Direct Support Professional - Residential Part-Time (Saturdays and Sundays)Location: Franklin, TNDepartment: Residential ServicesType: Part-TimeMin. This position is under the supervision of the Residential Program Manager.Waves' philosophy and core values are grounded in our vision of an inclusive community where everyone works, learns, and plays together.Base Rate of Pay: $16.00/hour + $1/hour weekend differentialRequirements of a Direct Support Professional:High school diploma and experience in a related field.Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.Have a Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation.Intermediate computer skills are required, as we use technology for daily documentation and to help the person receiving support to engage in their communities.Waves, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
