Description Aesthetician Employment Type: Part-Time Weekend Location: Level Wellness - Franklin, TN Job Overview Level Wellness is seeking a skilled, personable Aesthetician to join our growing wellness and aesthetics practice in Franklin, Tennessee. The Aesthetician will provide customized skincare services and help patients develop treatment plans designed around their individual skin concerns and aesthetic goals. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with an exceptional patient experience and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. We are looking for an Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, stays current on aesthetic treatments and skincare, and thrives in a collaborative environment alongside aesthetic and wellness providers. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive skincare consultations and assess individual skin concerns, goals, and treatment needs. Provide aesthetic and skincare treatments within scope of licensure and established practice protocols. Develop personalized skincare and treatment recommendations based on patient needs. Educate patients on skincare routines, products, treatment expectations, aftercare, and ongoing maintenance. Provide pre- and post-treatment skincare support for patients receiving aesthetic services. Collaborate with injectors and other clinical providers to create comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans when appropriate. Build strong patient relationships that promote trust, retention, and continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and recommendations. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to cleanliness, infection-control, and safety standards. Stay current on skincare products, aesthetic treatments, techniques, and industry trends. Support patient education regarding available services and products without creating a high-pressure sales experience. Assist with inventory management and appropriate stocking of skincare products and treatment supplies. Contribute to the growth and continued development of Level Wellness's aesthetic services. Requirements Current and active Tennessee aesthetician license appropriate for the services performed. Previous experience providing professional aesthetic or skincare services preferred. Strong knowledge of skin health, skincare products, treatment protocols, and appropriate aftercare. Ability to assess patient needs and make individualized skincare recommendations within scope of practice. Excellent communication, consultation, and patient education skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards. Ability to provide an exceptional patient experience while building lasting professional relationships. Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a medical wellness and aesthetics environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with aesthetic injectors, advanced practice providers, and other members of the Level Wellness team.
