Landscape Maintenance Business Developer

Pine Lake Companies is a leading provider of landscape maintenance and enhancement services throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Developer to help expand our maintenance portfolio by building strong client partnerships and generating new business opportunities. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on developing relationships, creating solutions for clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new landscape maintenance contracts.
• Conduct property site visits and assess client needs.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare professional, value-based proposals and presentations.
• Represent Pine Lake Companies throughout South Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.
• Develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, commercial property owners, and other decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity tracking within Aspire.
• Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing.
• Provide exceptional communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or related client-facing roles.
• Landscape industry or property management experience preferred.
• Understanding of landscape maintenance services is highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems; Aspire experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
