Day to Day

National Account Managers at Indeed help the top organizations more e?ectively manage their online recruitment strategy. As a direct sales representative, you will advocate Job Search technology to prominent companies. You will promote the inventive power of our products to make organizations more productive, synergetic, and mobile. Your sales drive and knowledge of Indeed will help more organizations engage with great people. We o?er continual, comprehensive training and skills-based o?erings to keep your sales techniques up-to-date and e?ective.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for selling Indeed's products and services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing client relationships

  • Manage large, complex, high-visibility strategic accounts, including public sector clients across local, state, and federal agencies

  • Apply expertise in government procurement processes, compliance requirements, contract negotiations, and multi-party environments to support account success

  • Sell Pay-per-Started-Application (PPSA) and other pay-for-performance solutions, with a focus on building and activating talent pools

  • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities across entire client organizations to drive growth

  • Use data and detailed account analysis to uncover insights, evaluate performance, and inform sales strategy

  • Conduct client engagements through meetings, presentations, webinars, product demonstrations, and external networking to build credibility as an industry authority

Skills/Competencies

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience

  • Experience in an enterprise field sales environment, practicing both educating clients and e?ciently closing deals.

  • Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories

  • Solid hunter mentality and experience with winning new business in the enterprise segment.

  • Knows how to strategically and e?ectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations utilizing consultative and solution-based selling.

  • Thrives in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional organization and aptitude to e?ectively prioritize accountabilities.

  • Expected travel is 30% of the time.

  • Demonstrates fluency in written, verbal and presentation communication.

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 1 - United States of America 77,000 - 117,000 USD per year

Tier 2 - United States of America 86,000 - 129,000 USD per year

Tier 3 - United States of America 95,000 - 142,000 USD per year

Tier 5 - United States of America 108,000 - 161,000 USD per year

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.
