Position Summary Responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each guest’s preferences. You will use your extensive knowledge of food and drink menus to recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders. Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review them with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction. Work with the team as a busser, delivering food and beverages to create WOW moments for guests. Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Responsible Beverage Service Certification Required for all California‑based positions. Skills & Requirements Physical: lift or move up to 30 lbs; strong vision; use of hands and arms; ability to work in hot and cold environments. Language & reasoning: speak clearly; listen attentively; read and follow written and verbal instructions; apply common sense; understand policies and procedures.
