Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for end users across hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay rate: $30/hr - $32/hr (W-2) Responsibilities Provide first‑level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and communication system issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows support, deskside support, and end‑user device issues. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary. Create concise, accurate, and informative tickets within the ticketing system. Follow up on open tickets in a timely manner and ensure issues are resolved completely. Document troubleshooting steps and technical support processes clearly. Prioritize multiple support requests while working efficiently under pressure. Deliver excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication. Required Qualifications Experience working with ticketing systems and technical support documentation. Strong knowledge of Windows support, deskside support, and end‑user device support. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working flexible hours when needed.
