Job Description Healthcare customer looking for a desktop support technician to come in for a contracted role. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows, Outlook and troubleshooting PCs. Mobile experience and mac are preferred. Top Skills' Details Experience with computer hardware – background in desktop work, troubleshooting PCs. Windows experience. Network printing experience. Nice to have: SCCM. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of personal computer (PC) products and systems and how to evaluate and troubleshoot issues. Skill in analyzing PC products and systems. Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries or complaints from employees.
