Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for enterprise data engineering projects on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, remove delivery impediments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Remove delivery blockers related to cloud infrastructure, data dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
- Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, DevOps, and platform teams.
- Support release planning and drive continuous Agile improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Lead.
- Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, or cloud platform projects.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed Agile teams.
Preferred Skills
- Data Lake/Lakehouse platforms
- DevOps and CI/CD
- SAFe, CSM, or PSM certification
- Enterprise cloud transformation experience
