Housekeeping Lead Responsibilities Clean guest rooms while maintaining and adhering to housekeeping detail standards. Replenish supplies as needed and sort or count unit inventory. Ensure compliance with all department and company procedures. Maintain a positive guest experience and relationships with guests, handling any guest concerns with great resolution. Ensure resort guests and resort property are protected within proper housekeeping guidelines. Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. Make beds. Replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries. Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens. Observe precautions required to protect resort guests and guest property; report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Maintain positive customer and associate relationships. Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Handle guest issues to resolution, improving the guest experience; if necessary, elevate outstanding inquiries or concerns to management for monitoring or follow-up. Make appropriate service recovery recommendations. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments. Ensure compliance with Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention, Resort Operating Procedures, Guest Service Department Operating Procedure, and Standard Operating Procedures. Be responsive to the needs of guests, associates, and all others; be respectful in every way and deliver a great experience. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude with team focus. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Benefits Hourly rate: $19.00 per hour.
