NOTE: This is a fully onsite position and second shift. Must be local to the Louisville, KY area $35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse systems, operational software, and end-user support Work closely with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, operations personnel, and technical support groups to maintain operational efficiency and system performance The Company Well-established logistics and distribution organization supporting large-scale warehousing and fulfillment operations Technology-driven environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction Collaborative culture that values process improvement, employee development, and strong partnerships between operations and technology teams The Position Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse management systems, inventory platforms, and operational software applications Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, transaction failures, workflow issues, and system-related operational exceptions Support end users, provide training, develop documentation, and assist with software testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives Act as the liaison between warehouse operations, technical support teams, and third-party vendors to maintain operational continuity The Detail $35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits Fully onsite, second shift position supporting warehouse and distribution operations 3+ years of experience supporting warehouse systems, WMS platforms, inventory systems, ERP applications, or operational software within a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment Experience with inventory transactions, RF scanners, handheld devices, operational troubleshooting, user support, process improvement, and platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Körber, SAP, Oracle, or AS400 is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr RemX | The Workforce Experts
