Pay & Compensation Base Salary + Commission Structure Estimated Total Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually Uncapped commission potential Note: Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus performance-based commissions. About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role that leverages technology to design and deliver high-quality proposals directly in customers’ homes.
