At Wisenbaker, we believe field leadership is about being present, building trust, and ensuring every project is finished strong and with the quality our name stands for.We’re looking for an Area Manager who takes pride in wrapping up projects — someone who sees challenges as opportunities, understands product care and warranties, and makes sure our builder customers feel confident from start to finish.Your MissionYou’ll be the go-to leader for product and installation partnering with builders and installers to ensure the timely delivery of excellent work. You’ll be the face of Wisenbaker in the installation of quality products — monitoring, resolving and delivering timely results and upholding the standards that set Wisenbaker apart.What You’ll Be Doing (And Enjoying Every Minute of It):Building strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.Facilitating, walking, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating updates of installations.Verifying job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.Communicating with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.Minimizing discounts and resolving customer back charges.What We’re Looking For:Field operations experience preferred; knowledge of Wisenbaker processes a strong plus.Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable making on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving.At Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry — we help build it from the ground up.
