About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their executive team. The CIO will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational alignment of information technology with the organization's clinical, operational, and financial goals. This includes enhancing patient care, improving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term strategic growth. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, service-oriented executive with a proven track record in IT leadership, particularly in the healthcare sector. They will be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the IT division, leading by example, and ensuring that IT investments are in line with the company's priorities. The ideal CIO for the company will be a systems thinker and team player, with a minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, including at least five years in healthcare IT within a large, sophisticated organization. The role demands a strategic yet operational leader who is willing to engage with their team and executive leadership to achieve the organization's long-term goals. Key responsibilities for the CIO include leading complex organizational changes, supporting an integrated enterprise, and demonstrating a significant focus on the alignment of IT with the company's priorities.
