Quality Technician
Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Meat division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Melrose Park, IL
Pay Range: $24
Shift: 3rd shift (10pm - 6am, Monday to Friday)
What's the Job?
- Ensure all incoming raw materials are clean and in sanitary condition.
- Verify the food safety of all incoming raw materials.
- Check lot numbers on containers versus received certificates of analysis.
- Sample all incoming ingredients and packaging according to written procedures and maintain sampling records.
- Test incoming raw materials according to current specifications and verify Kosher status of ingredients.

- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written procedures accurately.
- Willingness to support other shifts when needed.
