Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Front Office – Excellent Pay + Bonuses and Benefits
We are looking for a friendly, experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team — either as a long-term temporary role to cover a maternity leave or as a permanent position for the right fit.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident in treatment coordination and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental Treatment Coordinator is required
- Dentrix proficiency is a must
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-player mindset

Job Duties:
- Manage doctor and hygiene schedules
- Coordinate and present treatment plans to patients
- Review financial arrangements and collect payments
- Verify insurance and handle pre-authorizations
- Support the team with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
