Materials Coordinator Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Materials Coordinator to join their team. As a Materials Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting the operational logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Materials Coordinator Location: Novi, MI Pay Range: $23 - $24 Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What's the Job? Help inspect, count, label, and locate items received or distributed from stocking locations Assist with entering inventory transactions or provide data and source documents for timely data entry by others to maintain accurate inventory records Receive instructions from senior coordinators and make appropriate system entries to complete assigned tasks Assign basic orders to pick, package, and ship to other business units, ensuring accuracy and condition of delivery Participate in the Cycle Count Program to verify inventory data, investigate discrepancies, and report findings What's Needed? Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping procedures Operate forklifts to load and unload freight from trucks, trailers and containers safely Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Compliance with safety and health regulations, including use of PPE and safety equipment What's in it for me?
