Before joining State Farm, I worked in a variety of roles, including at Commerce Bank and Baker Pool & Spa. I originally wanted to become a claims representative, but that opportunity led me to State Farm and eventually agency ownership. I'm a lifelong St. Louis resident who enjoys spending time with my family and staying active outdoors. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency is involved with the North County Chamber of Commerce and supports local pet rescue organizations. We enjoy building relationships both inside and outside the office. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
