Your key responsibilities will include: Build trust and positive relationships with your clients through Zoom calls, personalized email support and phone calls Aid in the success of delivering high-performing Facebook/Instagram, Google and TikTok ad campaigns Conducting audience research and building targeted ad campaigns Continuously auditing and working with your team to optimize ad performance to meet KPIs (budget spend, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS) Communicating campaign performance and strategies to clients through regular updates and reports Collaborating with team members in all team meetings and partner meetings Preparing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) in a clear, professional manner Providing top-notch client support with minimal oversight What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you should bring: 3+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role You thrive in a fast-paced environment You genuinely care about the work you do and show that through your communication with your team and clients Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients calmly and clearly via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads with 2+ years of professional experience Positive, passionate, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment Knowledge of split testing and full funnel execution A relentless drive to achieve outstanding results Strong analytical skills to inform data-driven decision-making Excellent organization and time management skills Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Facebook policies, strategies, trends, and tools A commitment to being a dedicated team player for our amazing clients Preferred Qualifications: Experience running local lead generation campaigns in the fitness/wellness industry Experience working with multi-location franchise businesses #J-18808-Ljbffr JL Marketing
