Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Account Manager II – Commercial Lines Construction Team Account Manager II on the commercial lines construction team supports Producers by serving larger and/or more complex clients, serving as a leader and resource for colleagues, providing exceptional client service, mentoring others, and maintaining knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Independent decisions are made regarding client coverage analysis, recommending coverage needs, and suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients, as appropriate. Strong relationships are developed with carriers and market accounts as requested by Producer and/or Marketing Account Executive. Responsibilities Support Producers by serving larger and/or more complex clients, serving as a leader and resource for colleagues. Provide exceptional client service and mentor others. Maintain knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and client/carrier relationships. Exercise independent decisions on client coverage analysis, recommend coverage needs, and suggest new lines of coverage for existing clients. Develop strong relationships with carriers and market accounts as requested by Producer and/or Marketing Account Executive.
