Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two with strong ties to the local community. I began my career working for another State Farm agent right out of college and opened my own agency shortly after, bringing a strong foundation and drive to build something meaningful. Im a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time. Were very active in the community, supporting local sports and sponsorships, and have become a trusted presence in a small, close-knit area. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, life insurance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is laid-back and community-focused, but still driven to succeed. Were looking for someone who is resilient, confident, and not afraid of hearing no - someone who can overcome objections, stay motivated, and grow within a supportive, small-team environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hayden Stewart - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
