Sales Support Coordinator

Job Position: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX 78759 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr+ Shift: 8AM to 5PM Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join a growing technology solutions organization serving clients in the government sector. This role supports the sales team by coordinating outreach, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is looking to grow their career in sales, operations, or account management. About the Role
This position plays a key role in supporting a consultative sales process focused on delivering workflow automation and document management solutions. The team works collaboratively with clients to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities
- Support a Client Account Manager with daily scheduling, planning, and coordination activities
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest
- Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified appointments for sales presentations
- Assist with preparation and coordination of meetings, virtual presentations, and conferences
- Send follow-up communications and supporting materials to prospects and clients Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
- Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus Work Schedule & Compensation
Part-Time: Flexible schedule between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (minimum 20 hours/week, set schedule required)
Full-Time: Standard business hours (no weekends)
