Veterinary Technician - Floater

Job Overview West Hills Animal Hospital, located in West Hills, California, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Perform blood and urine sample collection. Place IV catheters. Monitor anesthesia. Perform dental prophylactics and full mouth radiographs. Provide surgical nursing support. Communicate treatment plans and provide client education. Equipment and Technology Our facility is equipped with ultrasound, Idexx in‑house lab equipment, Heska IV pumps, Midmark monitoring equipment, Bair Hugger patient warming system, and digital X‑ray/digital dental X‑ray systems. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of veterinary technician experience in a hospital setting. Reliable team player who can take initiative and assist the team when needed. Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations. Positive attitude and strong passion for veterinary care. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $22.00‑$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
