QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in business or in engineering (MBA is a plus)2+ years of experience in the field of consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology deliveryExperience working with analytical topics, data science, data visualization tools and statistics, within CPG, and/or retail organizations preferredExperience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and data teams to collaboratively design, configure and deliver solutionsExperience working on large scale projects and working with multiple business stakeholders in a matrixed environment to influence decision-makingAble to articulate solutions to stakeholders with different degrees of business and technical knowledgeAble to work well in a highly entrepreneurial environment with teams and with client sponsors on a regular basisProven problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it in a clear and simple mannerExperience working on a team and collaborating with junior resources.
