Bodenvy is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who knows how to turn a consultation into a commitment. This is a high-volume, high-ticket, consultative sales position . You will meet with clients who are interested in improving their confidence, wellness, and appearance, uncover their goals and motivations, recommend the appropriate Bodenvy services, and confidently guide them toward a purchase. The ideal candidate is not simply a great customer service representative. You are a closer. You are comfortable asking for the sale, overcoming objections, creating urgency, presenting financing options, and closing business the same day . What You'll Do Conduct approximately 4–6 sales consultations per day with prospective and existing clients. Build immediate rapport and establish trust with clients. Use strong discovery and active-listening skills to understand each client's goals, concerns, motivations, and budget. Recommend customized Bodenvy treatment and wellness solutions based on the client's needs. Deliver confident, compelling sales presentations and communicate the value of recommended services. Close high-ticket sales during the consultation , with a strong focus on same-day conversion. Identify opportunities to create urgency and help clients make a confident purchasing decision. Handle objections professionally and confidently without being pushy. Present and explain financing and payment options , helping clients understand the available solutions. Follow up with prospective clients who do not purchase immediately and work to convert those opportunities. Maintain accurate client records and follow all company sales processes and protocols. Work collaboratively with technicians and the management team to create a premier client experience. Assist with front-desk responsibilities when needed, including answering phones, checking clients in/out, laundry, cleaning, and helping technicians prepare for treatments. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. What We're Looking For Required: 3+ years of proven sales experience , preferable in a high-ticket, consultative, or commission-based sales environment. Demonstrated ability to close sales in person , including same-day closes. Experience selling products or services with a significant dollar value . Experience presenting and explaining financing options or working with lenders . Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and profit goals. Comfortable conducting multiple sales presentations each day in a high-volume environment. Strong objection-handling and closing skills. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills. Ability to quickly establish rapport and identify a client's buying motivations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities. Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to win. Ability to work collaboratively while remaining accountable for individual sales performance. Must be available to work Saturdays. The Right Person Will Ask for the sale. Be comfortable discussing money and presenting financing. Know how to create urgency without making the client feel pressured. Be confident handling objections such as price, timing, financing, and hesitation. Understand that a consultation is an opportunity to close , not simply provide information.
