We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented Food Packer to help safely package our delicious products.

Packer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.35 to $18.35 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 10:00pm to 06:00am)

• 1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
• 2nd Shift:2PM-10PM
• 3rd Shift:10:30PM-6AM
• Package finished food products according to production standards and customer specifications
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and accuracy
• Assemble boxes, cases, or pallets and prepare products for shipment
• Verify labels, dates, lot numbers, and product information for accuracy
• Perform quality checks and remove damaged or defective products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMPs and food safety procedures
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and sanitation standards

Packer Qualifications:

• Previous packaging, production, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move materials as needed
• Comfortable working in a food production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Must follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks or packaging machinery (preferred)
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime or weekends as needed
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow instructions and meet production goals
• Ability to read labels, work orders, and basic production instructions
• Perform repetitive tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
