This role involves assisting with patient preparation, performing clinical tasks, managing scheduling, and verifying insurance details to ensure smooth healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Measure and record vital signs accurately
• Administer injections as directed
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Verify patient insurance information
• Maintain medication knowledge relevant to patient care
• Handle medical insurance documentation and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in medical assisting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong patient care skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Effective communication abilities
• Time management proficiency
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Knowledge of vital signs and injection procedures
