Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience and comfort working in pediatric or school settings, particularly with early childhood and elementary-age students
• Familiarity with both mild/moderate and intensive needs populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting student development and inclusion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
