Multiple openings are available for both experienced clinicians (SLP-CCC) and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF), thanks to a partnership with one of Florida’s largest and most innovative school districts. You’ll have your choice of onsite, hybrid, and travel arrangements, including lucrative tax-free stipends for travelers. With a bonus up to $5,000 and hourly pay ranging between $55 and $60, this is one of the best opportunities for SLP professionals ready to make an impact. Supervision for SLP-CF candidates is already in place, ensuring a smooth transition for new graduates.
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders in students from various backgrounds.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s needs.
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
- Maintaining clear records, conducting progress assessments, and documenting intervention data.
- Utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and assistive technologies.
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to case conferences when required.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current or pending Florida SLP licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Passion for school-based practice and working with diverse student populations.
