Travel RN – ICU/Float Pool | Rockford, IL | Nights

Location: Rockford, IL
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Start: ASAP

Requirements:

Active Illinois RN License
Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Recent ICU experience required
Extensive Cardiac/Telemetry experience required
Willing to float to Med-Surg, Step-Down, Telemetry, Stroke/Neuro, and ICU units
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (education verification required)
EPIC experience preferred

Specialties:
ICU, Step-Down, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, CPCU, Med-Surg

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care, administer medications/treatments, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document accurately, and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
