Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and fostering positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs and backgrounds
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Offer guidance, resources, and education to teachers and parents to support student growth
