Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Raleigh NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service to patients visitors and staff. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies disturbances and other critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established notification and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings patient care areas parking facilities entrances and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points verify credentials as required assist with visitor direction and report suspicious activity hazards and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
