Registered Nurse (RN)This position is in a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) at a state-of-the-art facility that manages over 100,000 visits annually. As one of the busiest trauma centers in the region, it serves as the only Level I trauma center in the area. The role involves treating a diverse patient population and assisting with boarder patients.Job Duties:Provide quality care in a high-volume and dynamic environment.Assist in managing both emergent and non-emergent cases.Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Support and coordinate care for patients, including those requiring telemetry monitoring.Job Requirements:Licensure: RN License required (New York License only)Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in Emergency DepartmentTelemetry Experience: RequiredTravel Experience: Previous travel ER experience is requiredCertifications:BLS (American Heart Association only)ACLS (American Heart Association only)NIHSS certificationThis role includes rotating shifts that may encompass weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
