Summary The Client Advisor is a trusted brand ambassador responsible for delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. This role focuses on cultivating and growing a personal client portfolio through personalized outreach, appointments, and follow‑up. The Advisor leverages product expertise and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences and contribute to boutique performance. Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction Provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication Strategically develop local and international clients through outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow‑up Support floor moves, merchandising, visual standards, stock organization, and inventory counts Locate merchandise at other boutiques, process charge‑send sales, assist with packing/wrapping, and follow store security procedures Requirements At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods Strong drive for results, passion for fashion, and ability to meet sales targets Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through skills to build lasting client relationships Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to operate necessary equipment, stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
