Job Highlights Location: Bothell, WA Position: School Psychologist Setting: In-person, school-based position Schedule: Full Time, 1.0 FTE Assignment Dates: August 25–December 4, 2026 Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments Prepare clear and thorough evaluation reports Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and Individualized Education Program meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Assist school teams with students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Support the development and implementation of appropriate interventions Provide consultation regarding special education eligibility, programming, and student supports Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based planning Qualifications Master’s or educational specialist degree in School Psychology Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate certificate with a School Psychologist endorsement Must have current fingerprints on file with OSPI or be willing to complete Strong assessment, report-writing, communication, and collaboration skills Previous school-based experience preferred Benefits & Perks Paid Sick Leave Healthcare Benefits* 401(k) with company matching* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional development W-2 employee status with liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clause (*Healthcare benefits available for 0.8 FTE or higher after a short waiting period) Why Work With Ampersand Therapy?
