Compensation: $17.50


Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm


Role Overview

A Customer Service Representative under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for data entry, generating orders, and returns using SCS and client's systems. The position will be responsible for transforming product information from inbound trucks to a useful format for SCS and our clients. The position will work closely with leads, material handlers, truck drivers, and SCS clients. All Inbound/Outbound Manifests & BOL's will be processed through the Business Process group. The CSR will use accuracy, speed, attention to details, time management and a client service mentality, to process information critical to SCS clients and Supply Chain Solutions. The CSR will also receive and produce orders received by e-mail, phone and fax and process through our SAP system and pick, pack, and ship orders. All customer orders and inventory receipts will be done through the business process group in an accurate & timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process all Inbound and Outbound Manifest & BOL information.
• Maintain accurate records Client SAP systems.
• Work closely with Material handlers, CSM, Truck Drivers and SCS clients to create an elevated level of client service.
• Use Automated shipping programs to ship Small Parcel freight (FedEx & UPS).
• Maintain Daily metric spreadsheets and logs.

• Audit daily metric log.
• Create reports and Spread sheets for Business Group.
• Schedule inbound containers with carriers.
• Cycle count processing; including creation of "Stock Status" reports.
• Receive and process Receipts and orders for Inventory Management.
• Communicates with the inventory clients to ensure accuracy for orders.
• Works with Material Handlers to help problem solve, and accuracy of orders.
• Inventory control through Data System.
• Familiarization with receipt, storage, and pick operations.
• Proficient in MS windows applications such as Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Client customer service driven and orientated.
• And all other activities as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• SAP Experience Required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• At least 2 years prior experience in a warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout a typical workday.
• Although minimal, there will be times where the job requires repetitive lifting from multiple heights.
• Carrying items from one area to another may be a repetitive function throughout the day.
• Must be able to listen, and articulate ideas shared by staff, and can document those ideas.

• Will work in an Office Workstation Setting Using SAP system
