Neurology Account Manager - Denver, CO

Primary Responsibilities Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory. Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and product promotion activities. Analyze the local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate product use in the territory. Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competition, and market reimbursement. Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (e.g., budgets, time) within the territory. Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate persuasively with target audiences. Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels. Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed. Manage travel and promotional budget. Complete required monitoring and reporting (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems. Maintain full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Meet credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments. Complete additional ad-hoc projects as needed. Education & Experience / Qualifications BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0. Valid driver’s license and clean driving history. Self-starter; goal- and results-driven with a proven track record. “Hunter” mentality; fortitude to sell and compete. Strong relationships and territory knowledge preferred. Ability to travel (may include overnights); work hours may include off-hours meetings. Must reside within territory geography.
