- # OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mig and Tig Welder to join our team in Browns Summit, NC. As a vital part of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on various materials. If you have a passion for welding and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!## ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals and components.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.Set up welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.Inspect finished welds for quality and adherence to specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Assist in troubleshooting and repairing welding equipment as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder.Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
