Product Innovation Specialist

As a Product Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative products from inception to final production. Working closely with various teams, you will ensure that the products meet all necessary requirements.Create new design layouts based on client specifications.Estimate costs for new designs.Lead design projects from start to finish.Collect feedback from customers and visits to improve prototypes and products.Stay informed on customer needs and product use.Generate ideas for new products.Establish departmental procedures following industry standards.Provide technical support for engineering analysis.Perform design calculations and validation.Utilize drafting techniques and CAD systems effectively.Ensure designs meet quality standards and specifications.Offer expertise on products to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements· Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.· 3-5+ years of experience in product design.· Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing processes.· Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.· Strong strategic thinking skills.
