Senior Vice President, Treasury

The Senior Vice President, Treasury oversees all treasury operationsacross multiple corporate entities and broker dealers. This rolemanages the firm’s financing and investing activities, maintainsstrong banking relationships, ensures optimal liquidity, and requiresdeep broker dealer regulatory knowledge, including 15c3-3. The SVPwill lead treasury strategy, cash operations and funding activitieswhile ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage treasury operations across the firm, including liquiditymanagement, cash positioning, and capital planning activities Oversee daily settlements and central clearing counterparty marginrequirements for the clearing broker dealer, including NSCC, OCC,FICC, and DTC Execute short-term and long-term financing and investingactivities within established risk parameters Ensure compliance with 15c3-3 funding regulations, includingreserve computations and customer protection standards Lead treasury operations for multiple entities and broker-dealers,maintaining strong controls and regulatory adherence Manage corporate cash balances and money movement activities,including funding for Accounts Payable, Payroll, and otherdisbursement accounts Maintain and negotiate banking and counterparty relationships,including services, credit facilities, and pricing Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies and proceduresto support operational efficiency and internal controls Provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadershipregarding liquidity, capital usage, and financial risk Perform other tasks and duties as assigned Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or relatedfield; advanced credentials such as MBA or CTP a plus FINRA Series 7, 99, or relevant principal license required 10-15+ years of treasury or financial operations experience withinfinancial services Solid understanding of 15c3-3 and broker dealer regulatory requirements Strong background in corporate cash management, liquidity, andmoney movement operations Experience supporting treasury functions across multiple entitiesor business units Proven ability to build and maintain effective banking andcounterparty relationships Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate acrossteams and levels Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and sound strategic judgment What We Offer As part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securitiesoffers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $190,000 to $250,000. Colleagues maybe eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation basedon the colleague's and the firm's performance.
