Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: Assisting the day to day tasks with the operations manager. This includes administrative duties, assisting the field-related projects in order to deliver the best customer service. Supervisory Responsibilities: â None Duties/Responsibilities: Assisting in coordination with the scheduling of the field projects Assist with the project scheduling & tracking Coordinate with Ops Sup to address any concerns with customers Assist with tracking hours and report to Ops Sup any discrepancies Communicate with the Ops Sup in regards to the status of permits, HOA, PTO etc. Preparing any documents and reports needed by upper management Case submission to PTO Other tasks as assigned Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fully bilingual (spoken and written) Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Must be organized and self-driven Ability to multitask Knowledge in computer systems Ability to work under little supervision Knowledge of Sunrun processes (preferred) Education and Experience: âHigh school diploma or equivalent âAdministrative work experience âExperience in customer service Physical Requirements: âProlonged periods of sitting âMust be able to lift 15lbs at a time Benefits Paid Holidays Health Insurance 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr
