Operations Coordinator II

Job overview: Schneider is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Green Bay to support drivers and leaders, with a focus on communication. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with various internal teams and external vendors, contractors and suppliers. Responsibilities: Manage contracts within Schneider’s contract management system. Coordinate and distribute audio and video messages as well as surveys to drivers. Handle data gathering, interpreting, formatting and distribution to support operations leaders. Add regular updates to the operations department SharePoint site. Authorize truck and trailer wash requests. Provide administrative support through coordinating meetings, ordering and stocking office supplies and making and distributing copies. Prepare presentations and correspondences. Skills and qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to multi-task. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Pay and benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance.
