Administrative & Data Support (Part-Time)
Remedy Staffing is seeking an Administrative & Data Support professional to assist with customer outreach, data collection, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers by phone and email to gather information.
- Accurately enter and update customer data.
- Track follow-ups and maintain records.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic Microsoft Office and data entry experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, approximately 25-30 hours per week , Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM .
Duration: Temporary assignment expected to last 6+ months , with potential for permanent employment.
