Working alongside the ProACT Franchise Lead, this individual will develop expertise in physician adoption strategy, academic engagement, faculty development, and portfolio management while progressively assuming ownership of key aspects of the ProACT education ecosystem.Major Areas of AccountabilitySupport development and execution of ProACT Professional Education strategy Join commercial leadership meetings to understand franchise priorities Assist in portfolio planning and annual educational strategy development Develop understanding of franchise performance metrics and business drivers Participate in strategic planning and prioritization discussionsSupport physician adoption initiatives development of physician learning pathwaysMonitor and support learner progression through the education ecosystemSupport faculty identification, development and KOL onboardingSupport society engagement activities and develop relationships with academic centersManage assigned educational programs and execute faculty-led educational experiences Support observation and proctoring activities and assist with event planning and program deliveryParticipate in budget planningSupport KPI review and reportingDevelop stakeholder management skills such as cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, medical affairs and market access teams.Facilitate HCP Contract Renewals in partnership with IU Contracts and OperationsColoplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies. Other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsPrevious experience in medical device space requiredBachelor's degree in business, marketing, biologic sciences, health sciences or relevant area is required 2 + years of work experience in a related position such as medical education and/or product launch implementationAptitude to learn areas of continuing professional education, adult education principles, and instructional design. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
