Key Responsibilities: Perform inventory reconciliation; utilize ERP data and documentation to research and explain variances Identify potential process, training, or system issues and elevate to management Maintain a detailed schedule for ledger reconciliations and prepare monthly journal entries Communicate with other departments to understand transaction activities and resolve issues Assist with transaction corrections, system cleanup, and process follow-up when needed Other duties as assigned Technical Qualifications: Minimum Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum one year experience in accounting or finance, including reconciliation (2+ years preferred). Relevant internships or co-op experience may apply.
