Collections Representative
This is a work-from-home position. Our client is seeking Collections Representatives who live within 100 miles of South Jordan or reside in one of the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls to address customers with overdue loan payments. Work with customers to find solutions for overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate arrangements.
