We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Transportation Specialist to own our export shipment process and run point on California delivery scheduling and routing. This isn't a \"track a spreadsheet and hope\" role. You'll be the connective tissue between our warehouse, carriers, and customers ;solving routing conflicts before they become problems, keeping export documentation airtight, and making sure every delivery window actually holds. What you'll own: End-to-end planning and tracking of all warehouse export shipments Export documentation accuracy — commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and more CA delivery scheduling and routing, from first mile to final drop-off Real-time problem-solving when carriers, timelines, or routes go sideways Clear, constant communication with warehouse, sales, and customer-facing teams What you bring: 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or export coordination SAP ERP experience, ideally with order/shipment processing The kind of organization that makes chaos look easy A calm, solutions-first mindset when things don't go to plan Strong communication skills — you keep people in the loop before they have to ask #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
