What You’ll Do

• Be the all-around HR "Go To" person for our field teams.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, including required paperwork and information entry in ADP and other company systems.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Provide verbal interpretation and written translation in English and Spanish.
• Assist with workers compensation claim filing and employee support. 
• Assist with benefits, policy, and handbook communications while tracking required forms and acknowledgments.
• Maintain the LSI Learning Management System and support employee training and safety communications.
• Provide administrative support for employee recognition programs, meetings, and company events.
• Prepare basic HR reports, organize employment data, and help improve administrative processes and systems.
• Provide daily front-desk and receptionist coverage, including answering phones and welcoming employees, applicants, and other visitors.
• Support recruiting activities, communicating with applicants, and answering general HR questions.
• Assist with additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluency in Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication, is required.
• Two or more years of experience in an HR or professional office environment is preferred.
• Experience using ADP or a comparable human resources information system is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong written communication, recordkeeping, and basic reporting skills.
• A professional, approachable, and service-oriented communication style.
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements is highly desirable.
