Digital Product Manager - Polyphonic Surgery

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Digital Product Manager for Polyphonic Surgery, a software platform that captures surgical data and delivers intelligence to improve surgeon performance and operating room efficiency. The remote role focuses on product strategy, commercialization, and expanding market impact across health systems.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap with clear trade-offs aligned to business goals
- Translate customer, clinical, and market inputs into validated product requirements and user stories
- Lead backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and success metrics tracking
- Partner with engineering and design teams through agile ceremonies to deliver quality features
- Coordinate across platform, data, and partner integration workstreams for cohesive product experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years product management or closely related software product experience
- Familiarity with clinical/procedural data sources such as video, sensor, or EHR-linked systems
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled products and ecosystem integrations
- Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Proficiency in agile development environments with backlog and release management
- Strong communication skills across technical, clinical, business, and commercial teams
