Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The role involves providing high-quality patient care for adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in their clinical status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document care provided accurately in electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry unit.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required.
• Ability to float to other units as needed and demonstrate competency.
• Must send Social Security Number upon submittal.
