Front Desk Executive – Tax House Miami

Tax House Miami is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Executive to join our team! This is more than just a receptionist role—you’ll be the face of our company and play a key part in supporting our operations.

We are seeking a motivated leader who can manage the Front Desk, support staff, and take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers both seasonal and permanent opportunities for the right candidate, with room to grow within our company.

Work Hours:

• On-Season (Jan – May): Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturdays during peak months

• Off-Season (May – Dec): Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Oversee Front Desk operations and train new team members

• Maintain and organize client files

• Handle data entry for tax preparation appointments

• Schedule and manage client appointments

• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center

• Experience in a management or supervisory role is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and grow professionally
